Rallying outside of Mount Sinai Beth Israe

Today at the @savebethisrael rally outside of Beth Israel, Sen Kristen Gonzalez for New York 

& AM Assembly Member Harvey Epstein hosted a press conference that included community members, organizations & other elect officials. Our club stood in solidarity against the illegal actions of Mt Sinai in closing #BethIsrael Hospital without any state approvals.

Lower Manhattan cannot see another hospital close. Our club’s membership is reflective of public housing residents & section 8 residents who depend on Beth Israel for care, screening, ER and mental health services.

We are calling on the DOH @HealthNYGov & @GovKathyHochul to stand with us & enforce the cease & desist order. Our community’s health & well-being are at stake - we must save Beth Israel Hospital.
